Meet the Next Evolution of Smart Inbox: See Every Guest Interaction, Miss Nothing

Every guest interaction matters. A quick reservation question, a complaint about a past visit, or a call about a private event could all represent opportunities to deliver a better experience, or to recover one. But when those interactions live across transcripts, recordings, notes, and different systems, it’s easy for important details to slip through the cracks.

That’s why we built Smart Inbox: a centralized workspace designed to give restaurant teams complete visibility into every guest conversation, so nothing gets missed.

With Smart Inbox, teams can easily access call transcripts, summaries, and recordings in one place, while flexible sorting through filters and tags makes it simple to understand guest needs, prioritize follow-ups, and stay focused on what matters most.

‍

Full Call Visibility, All in One Place

Smart Inbox brings every piece of the conversation together into a single, centralized view.

Instead of digging through multiple tools to understand what happened on a call, teams can quickly access the full transcript, call summary, and recording in one unified guest profile view. This makes it easy to review guest interactions, confirm details, and stay aligned across the team.

‍

Understand Guest Needs at a Glance with Expanded Guest Tags

Not every call requires the same level of attention. Some conversations represent urgent issues, while others simply need a quick follow-up.

With the addition of more granular tags in Smart Inbox, teams can instantly identify the types of conversations that matter most. Tags such as CSAT feedback, complaints, and incomplete leads make it easy to sort and identify specific conversations for speedy resolution, while ensuring valuable opportunities - like a missed private dining inquiry - don’t fall through the cracks.

‍

Stay Organized with Flexible Sorting and Filtering

Restaurant teams are constantly juggling priorities. Smart Inbox helps keep everything organized with flexible sorting and filtering tools.

Teams can sort conversations by priority or recency, making it easy to focus on the most important interactions first. Filters allow you to drill down into specific types of requests, for example, identifying guests who mentioned accessibility needs for an upcoming reservation.

The result is a more organized workflow where teams can quickly find the conversations that need attention and respond with confidence.

‍

Built for Better Guest Experiences

Great hospitality depends on understanding guests and responding thoughtfully to their needs. Smart Inbox makes that easier by bringing every guest interaction into a single, organized view.

With clearer visibility, smarter prioritization, and easier access to conversation details, restaurant teams can spend less time searching for information and more time delivering the kind of service guests remember.

Because when you can see every interaction clearly, you can make sure no guest gets overlooked.
