Explain Your Wine Policy in Full With the New Custom Wine Policy

Restaurants with more complex wine policies can now use our enhanced Outside Wine Policy to add more detailed information about wine policies, limitations, and menus. We’ve added the option to add links, too.

Handle your calls exactly the way you’d like them to be handled, outside of staffed hours. Automatically forward calls, send calls to voicemail, send a text, or provide an email address by navigating to the Schedule toggle under “Phone Number” on the Slang Settings page.

Provide Guests With Dynamic Responses About Business Hours

We’ve made improvements to the way the Slang Concierge responds to questions asked about business hours. Now the Concierge gives more precise, context-dependent answers to questions about both current and future business hours. For example, if the business is currently open when a caller calls in, the Concierge will respond with: “We’re open now, and today we’ll be closing at 11 pm.”
