Provide Stellar Caller Experiences for your Spanish-Speaking Guests
Spanish is the second most spoken language in the US – that’s why we’ve been hard at work developing Bilingual Support for our Concierge! When this feature is turned on, our system will now automatically detect when a guest is speaking Spanish and seamlessly transition to speaking with the customer in Spanish. What’s more, your Spanish-speaking guests can book, change, and cancel reservations, just as your English-speaking guests would! This is especially useful for customers who have a diverse array of bilingual guests, as you no longer have to forward Spanish-speaking guests along to your busy hosts.
