The Insights Dashboard gives you a centralized view of your key Slang call metrics so you can easily understand how Slang is moving the needle for your restaurants. View call volume, reservations set, call topics, and so much more.
You can now add an expiration date to your seasonal events to ensure your messaging is always accurate and up-to-date. Once the seasonal intent expires, your messaging will automatically reset to its normal state, eliminating the need to manually update your messaging.
Update your billing information in a single click, directly in the Slang platform. Navigate to Manage Billing under the Settings tab to access your Stripe portal. If you’re unsure how your billing is currently set up, simply email our Support team for help.
You can now manage who has access to Slang directly within the Slang platform. Add or delete users without having to email support.
