Collect Email Addresses With the Tripleseat Integration

Our Tripleseat integration now supports email gathering as part of the integration flow. After a guest calls in and inquires about a private event, they’ll receive a confirmation text message from Slang. They’ll also receive a second text inviting them to submit their email address via a secure form to enhance lead data. Once your guest submits their email address, Slang will automatically populate the email address field directly in Tripleseat, so your events managers don’t have to lift a finger.

Control Exactly How You Want Calls Handled for Your Tripleseat Integration

Events teams can now choose when calls are forwarded to staff and when calls are handled by Slang AI. To utilize this, navigate to the Private Events topic. When you select the Tripleseat option, you’ll see a new option to set up conditional call forwarding. Customers can select Forward call to staff on a schedule, and customize the days and timeframes when calls bypass Slang and go directly to them.

Add a Custom Description For Your Private Events

Regardless of whether or not you have our Tripleseat integration, you now have the ability to add a custom message to your Private Events so your guests know more about your venue and packages. This is available across all of our packages.
