You can now customize the taglines in your SMS messages. This will allow you to customize the copy attached to your outbound SMS messages to guests.

Enable Special Waitlist Services and Policies Through the New Waitlist Topic
If you have a dedicated waitlist service or a special waitlist policy, you’ll be able to train your concierge to hand out that information. With the new Waitlist topic, you can add a custom description of your waitlist policy and add an optional digital waitlist link to be texted to callers.
